Alfred and Lydia had the following children:

	16	F	i	Ethel CHITTY was born about 1878 in Walthamstow, Essex. Ethel was with her grandparents (John & Ann Chitty) in the 1881 Census. Not sure about age as I dont believe that she was a twin. 1901 census Res Dorset Parkstone Occ: Housemaid It is possible that Ethel moved to New Zealand to live. Memories of her sister Lydia's daughter are that Ethel went to NZ and Lydia corresponded with her. Also she may have sent Ethel money on a number of occasions. Source 1881 Census LDS Family Search
