James was born as James SULLIVAN but grew up and married as James SWEET, the surname of his step father. In 1896/97 he deserted his wife Annie and went to Broken Hill with Mary Agnes BEST. It was then they both took on the name of WILSON which they used till their deaths.
James was known as "Ironbark Jimmy" in Broken Hill.
Address at time of death was 684 Beryl St Broken Hill which no longer exists.

Mary Agnes Died age 86After her husbands death Mary Agnes travelled around somewhat. she stayed with some of her children on and off for various periods. When her son Charles joined the military, Mary Agnes went to Sydney to be near him and also with her daughter May whose son was a prisoner of war with the Germans.
After the war she lived back in Broken Hill for some of the time but then she and Charles lived in Adelaide initially with her brother Walter Best then in a house at 56 Gloucester St, Prospect, South Australia. She also spent time with son Vern in Sydney before finally returning to Broken Hill and living out her years with her son Walter and his wife Loveday.sources:

Ethel was aged 23 at the time of her wedding, and married on her birthday.
During WW1 she worked in Adelaide in several department stores including Cravens, Birkes and Moores in the shoe department.

Albert was aged 31 at the time of his marriage and 61 at his death.
He changed his name to Albert Christiansen Moe, apparently as it was thought the name would be easier for people to say or spell when he came to Australia and due to the patronymic naming in Norway at the time. He took the name Moe from the family farm in Tysnes in Hamerøy Nordland.
Occupation on daughter Mary's birth certificate was Miner.
Albert served in WW1 and at the end of war in 1919 had leave from England to go to Norway for 2 months.

He is supposed to have gone on some station for shearing on the river Murray (C 1663)
Later his childrens records at the Industrial school state he went to Mildura, and also Lake Victoria Station (near Mildura)
